TID

Sunday 5.00pm - 7.00pm

Juniors are asked to join the TID programme after showing a potential in the junior diving lessons run by Tom Daley Academy. They are then invited to join the Team when a certain level of proficiency is achieved.

Junior Squad

Sunday 5.00pm - 8.00pm

This is for junior who have been in TID and who are ready for competitions at a higher level.

Ways to Join our Club

There are a number of ways to join:

        Juniors - Attend the Tom Daley Academy diving lessons run by Manchester Aquatics Centre on Fridays and invited to join TID programme.

        Adult - Attend lessons run by MAC Dive Club on Sundays

You may also join if you are moving from another club, subject to assessment by Head Coach.

Adult Learn to Dive

Sunday 4.00pm - 5.00pm  

Lessons are open to anyone over 16 who wishes to try an exciting and invigorating sport, you must be able to swim at least 50m.

Stunt Diving

Sunday 7.00pm - 10.00pm

We have stunt dive trained coaches, who can train anyone over 16, who wishes to reach stunt diving examination level.

Masters

Sunday 7.00pm - 10.00pm

This is for adults over 18 and for those who have been in learn to dive programme and are ready for competitions.
